CIF for the Vincentian Family

We just concluded the session of CIF for the Vincentian Family, which was held in Paris from 9 April to 11 May 2018.

Twenty-two participants of 11 Associations and Congregations of the Vincentian Family from ten countries with four languages met at the Motherhouse of the Congregation of the Mission.

Several speakers made presentations, including the CIF Director, Father Andrés Motto; Sister Kathleen Appler, Superioress General of the Daughters of Charity; Tomaž Mavrič, CM,  our Superior General; Javier Chento; Joseph V. Agostino, CM; José Antonio Ubillús, CM; and others. They shared with us various topics on Vincentian spirituality, the saints, and the reality of the International Vincentian Family for the celebration of the 400th anniversary of the beginning of the Vincentian Charism.

We participated in several pilgrimages to Vincentian sites, such as Gannes, Folleville, Châtillon, Angers, and Amiens, as well as places in Paris where Saint Vincent or Frédéric Ozanam was.
