After celebrating the Eucharist at 8:15am, the second session of the meeting of the leaders of the Vincentian Family was initiated. The session began with a report about recent activities of the Office of the Vincentian Family. This report was given by Margaret Clifford, DC, Flavio Pereira, CM and Joseph Agostino, CM. In their presentation they highlighted the fact that their activity is geared toward knowing, accompanying and meeting with the members of the distinct branches of the Family that are present in many countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas.

After a brief break, Mónica Villar (MISEVI) and Javier F. Chento (Coordinator of the Communication Commission of the Vincentian Family) gave a presentation in which they invited to participants to reflect on the importance of utilizing the new means of social communication in order to make ever more visible the Vincentian charism and the works that are undertaken in order to transform reality on behalf of those who are most in need.

After lunch, there was a presentation on the Film Festival, Finding Vincent 400, which took place last year in Castelfandolfo … two of those films were viewed. Then, Marc McGreevy spoke about the FamVin Homeless Alliance and the 13 Houses Project. This project, which was begun in 2017, is intended to alleviate and eliminate homelessness in those places where the Vincentian Family is present. The rather intense day concluded with a dialogue that took place in accord with the various linguistic groups.
