Dear Visitors, Vice Visitors, Regionals and other members of the CM who can spread these activities.
Dear confreres:
The grace and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be always with us!

I am sending you information about the courses that will  be developed  next year 2022, by the International Centre for  Vincentian Formation (CIF). Let me remind you that these meetings are a wonderful training experience  for the members of the Congregation of the Mission. It can also be a great opportunity to  continue training our laity in the Vincentian charism. I suggest you to send those people who are really interested in  learning, training and collaborating.

As you already know, the meetings will be held at the Mother House of the Congregation of the Mission in Paris, France. Except for the meeting of the Missionaries that will be held in our House of Santa María de Tormes, near to Salamanca, Spain.

The courses will be developed simultaneously in English, Spanish and French. Classes, visits to Vincentian places are combined with an intense life of prayer and fraternity.

The CIF team works in the art of creating good memories for those who participate in these meetings. Now let me introduce you to the CIF 2022 schedule:

I CIF FOR IMPROVE THE ECONOMY IN THE VINCENTIAN FAMILY.

Sunday March 20 to Saturday April 2, 2022. Paris. Cost 950 euros. This is a course for all the provinces of the CM, as well as various congregations and associations of the Vincentian Family, to learn techniques to improve their economy. Especially in these difficult post-pandemic times.

V CIF FOR VINCENTIAN FAMILY.

Sunday May 29 to June 22, 2022. Paris. Cost 1950 euros.

II CIF FOR  BROTHERS OF THE CONGREGATION OF THE MISSION.

Sunday October 2 to Monday October 31, 2022. Paris. Cost 1800 euros

III CIF FOR MISSIONARIES AD GENTES.

Sunday, November 6 to Sunday, November 27, 2022. Salamanca. Cost 950 euros.

Some practical tips.

1.-If any province has a real economic problem, the CIF can manage some scholarships.  2.- As the Mother House in Paris has almost all the rooms reserved, we ask participants to arrive the same day or the day before, but not   earlier. The same request will be demanded when leaving, since these rooms have already been booked for someone else. They know this House works like this. 3.- The price of the meeting includes. all expenses. There is nothing additional. The best way of payment is paying cash. 4 – Remember that many countries need a visa to enter France! This process is usually longer and complex than you imagine. We must do it well in advance to present the documents that the French government requires of us. To start the process, the French government asks us for the following documents: Photocopy of Passport; date of entry and exit from France; Photocopy of the Travel Medical Insurance (not the photocopy of your country’s health insurance). If we, do it with enough time, there will be no problems. For those who don’t need a visa it is simpler. They just must complete the registration we send them and take out Travel Medical Insurance.

The CIF awaits you with the joy of brothers. We know with certainty that the participants will then return to their communities more capable of living together and providing comprehensive service to the poor. Jesus blesses all his projects.

Your brother in Maria and Saint Vincent.
