Curia Staff

Curia Staff:

In addition to the above General Council, the General Curia is also comprised of the following Vincentians, serving on staff to help the Superior General and the Assistants General to carry out the work of the Congregation.

Felix Alvarez, C.M. 

Fr. Felix is a translator for the Secretariat and assistant superior for the confreres living at the General Curia house.  A member of the Province of Madrid, he was ordained in 1965 and arrived at the Curia in 2012.

Alfredo Becerra, C.M.

            Fr. Alfredo is archivist and librarian for the Curia, and former editor of Vincentiana. Ordained in 1985, he is a member of the Province of Mexico, and has served at the Curia since 2004.

Juventino Castillero, C.M.

            Fr. Juventino is the Associate Director for the Office of Vincentian Family and editor of Nuntia. He is also Assistant to the delegate for the Vincentian Family Fr. Eli Chavez. Ordained in 2002, he is a member of the Province of Central America, and has served at the Curia since 2010.

Giuseppe Carulli, C.M.

            Fr. Giuseppe is the Administrator of the General Curia. Ordained in 1996, he is a member of the Province of Naples, where he served in provincial administration and pastoral ministry with the Vincentian Family. He was appointed house Superior in 2011.

Thomas Lunot, C.M.

            Fr. Thomas is a translator for the Secretariat, and member of the Province of Paris. Ordained in 2003, he has preached parish missions in France. He arrived at the Curia in 2012. 

John T. Maher, C.M.

            Fr. Maher is Director of Publications, Media, and Digital Communications, and edits Vincentiana. Ordained in 1981, he is a member of the Eastern Province, USA. Fr. Maher has served as a high school and college teacher, administrator and chaplain, vocation director, seminary formator, spiritual director, and AIDS ministry social worker. He came to the Curia in 2011.

Br. Leopold Alex Myamba, C.M.

Br. Leo manages the kitchen and house chapel of the General Curia. As a member of the mission in Tanzania, he made his final profession in 2005 and has served in formation and pastoral ministry. He arrived at the Curia in 2011.

Br. Ivan Hueichan Sanchez, C.M.

Br. Ivan handles transportation and travel logistics for confreres living at the General Curia, along with the many confreres who come to visit. He also assists in maintenance of the house and grounds. A member of the Province of Chile, Br. Ivan made his final profession in 2000, and has worked in pastoral ministry in his province before coming to the Curia in 2010.
