Apply for Service
General Information
Provinces, vice-provinces, and missions apply for VSO service by submitting a completed VSO Project Application Form to the VSO (found below). Provinces, vice-provinces, and missions apply for a VSF micro-project grant by submitting a completed VSF Micro-Project Grant Application Form (found below) to the VSO. VSO Project Application Forms and VSF Micro-Project Grant Application Forms may be submitted in English, French, or Spanish. The VSO will acknowledge its receipt of all VSO Project Application Forms and VSF Micro-Project Grant Application Forms.
Projects
A Project grant is awarded to a large project of a province, vice-province, or mission that will typically require the VSO to apply to outside agencies and solicit funding from Provinces and individual donors. Click here to determine if your project qualifies.
Micro-Projects
A micro-project grant is a grant of up to $5,000 (USD) that is awarded to a small project of a province, vice-province, or mission. Click here to determine if your micro-project qualifies.
How to apply
VSO Project Application Forms and VSF Micro-Project Grant Application Forms can be submitted to the VSO at any time. There are no deadlines to apply for funding. If you need some inspiration, click here to read about some of our past projects and microprojects.
Please only submit your grant application once you have all portions of the application complete including:
- Official Approval by the Visitor or the Superior of the Region
- Local Contribution
- Bill of Quantities
- Proformas
Once you have all the documents complete, including the application, please send them to VSO1@cmphlsvs.org
The VSO will acknowledge its receipt of all VSO Project Application Forms and VSF Micro-Project Grant Application Forms.
