Guillermo (Memo) Campuzano CM writes… Last week, we sent the UPR (Universal Periodic Review – First-hand Assessment of the Human-rights Situation in Haiti ) to Geneva. Here is the final document. This is the result of great collaboration and collective efforts of several NGOs at the UN, including us (CM) and the DCs. This document can be shared widely. I am sending a copy of this report to our provincial and to the Visitatrix of the DCs in the Caribbeans. By April we will meet to discuss the next steps in this ongoing advocacy process.
