Last year (2015-2016) was the Year of Collaboration for the Vincentian Family. With all the activity and planning around the 400th anniversary, we can forget that to say #IamVincent means to do the work. Here is a three-part “reworking” of a timely article from the Stanford Social Innovation Review. The article by Pratichi Shah, entitled “Building Real Collaboration into Your Organization” discusses how focusing on the three organizational pillars of culture, people, and leadership can help fuel meaningful collaboration.
Part One: Insights into how to understand a culture of collaboration.
Part Two: People need to be engaged for collaboration.
Part Three: Insights into how to lead forward to a culture of Collaboration.
Work to make collaboration part of our culture. That’s what it means to say “I am Vincent.”
