September is our Vincentian month par excellence and has been full of commitments and activities within the Congregation, which is increasingly alive and active on all fronts.
We have been protagonists in the apostolic journey of the Pope in Africa with two projects: “Matthew 25” and “Akamasoa”; the Superior General continued to visit our confreres around the world (in Brazil), and COVIAM celebrated its first 25 years of missionary life together with the region of Tanzania.
This number closes with an article on the pain caused to the lungs of the world, the Amazon. It examines the events that have taken place over the past few months, whose custody concerns us all, Vincentians and non-Vincentians alike. At this moment, these events are at the center of world and Church reflection with the development of the Amazon Synod, in which two of our confreres are participating.
We remind you that we are at your disposal so that each confrere is connected and in communion with the whole Congregation.
Send us not only your comments, but also articles on what happens in the places where you work, photos, videos and reflections of all sorts, because this medium is yours and at your service!
