The three local communities of the Congregation of the Mission that minister in Chad have made every effort to protect themselves and to deepen their community and payer life, more frequent fraternal sharing that revolves around varied experiences, taking meals together (and spending more time at meals) that is then followed by common recreation. The year 2020-2021 has been exceptional for the mission in Chad. Two students from Cameroon have joined the mission in order to do their apostolic year here.

The minor seminary has six seminarians who have attained their bachelor’s degree. The two confreres are also involved in pastoral ministry with the Xaverian Fathers. Means of transportation is a concern and we have requested assistance of the Vincentian Solidarity Office for funds to buy a car. A contract with the archdiocese is important
