Kind greetings to VMY members worldwide, Advisors and those in governance at international, national and local levels!
I wish to congratulate each of its members with all my heart for the 190 years since the founding of the Vincentian Marian Youth Association.
My great wish is that VMY continues to grow so that the desire of our Immaculate Mother Mary for the Miraculous Medal is extended all around the world.
Two years ago, VMY started a campaign to promote extending an invitation to the different Congregations of consecrated life, that belong to the Vincentian Family, to found new communities of VMY in countries where the association is already present. The campaign is also promoting the process of founding VMY in countries where it does not yet have a presence.
Today I want to transmit this motivation to the different congregations of the Vincentian Family: it is time to start VMY groups
among the young people you accompany in parishes, in social centers, in our schools, in universities and in other meeting places.
The members of the VMY International Secretariat based in Madrid, Spain, are always ready to provide training materials and offer their support in everything that is necessary to accompany the beginning communities or those that already have walked some distance down the path.
Also, I would like to take the opportunity to address those who, due to their age or some other reason, are no longer directly linked to VMY. To all of you, I invite you to continue collaborating and
supporting young people in their formation and to make possible the growth of the Association throughout the world, according to your possibilities.
The birth of VMY 190 years ago was a clear wish of Mary, Virgin of the Miraculous Medal. For this reason, let us continue collaborating with Our Mother in Heaven, Let us make her wish, which is also the wish of Jesus, be present in all corners of the world.
Jesus with Mary!

General Director
I very much enjoyed reading this, Fr Tomaz. Maybe I can pass on your greetings to my Vincentian friends here in Carlisle (far north of England) next time I see them?
